Terms of Service

Last updated 25 September 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Morphixlab (the "Service"), available at morphixlab.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (16 where your country requires it) and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure — with Google sign-in, that means keeping your Google account secure. One person or organisation per account, unless we agree otherwise.

3. Credits, plans and billing

4. Refunds

Credit packs and subscription periods are generally non-refundable once credits have been spent. Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal or a refund, that right applies and overrides this clause — email us and we will honour it. If something looks wrong with a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will try to put it right.

5. Your content and the licence you give us

You keep ownership of the characters, prompts, scripts, images, audio and other material you upload or create ("Your Content"). To operate the Service we need a limited licence to host, store, process and transmit Your Content — for example, to send a prompt and reference image to a generation provider, or to store a rendered video — plus the right to show Your Content back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal, accounting or backup purposes.

You confirm you have the rights needed for everything you upload, and that your content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights.

6. AI-generated output

Generated images, voiceovers and videos are produced by machine-learning models. Their output can be surprising, inaccurate, or similar to output produced for someone else, and their style can change as providers update their models. We do not warrant that output is unique or fit for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish or rely on.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

You are responsible for how you use generated material, including complying with the laws of where you publish it.

8. Affiliate programme

If you join our affiliate programme, commissions on referred paying subscribers are calculated from the rules published in the app. We may withhold or reverse a commission that results from self-referral, fraud, or a payment that is later refunded or charged back, and we may suspend a participant who abuses the programme.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — its software, design, name, logo and content other than Your Content — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of anything else.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers and may link to third-party sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. An outage at a provider can make a feature temporarily unavailable.

11. Availability and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we aim to give reasonable notice of anything that materially reduces what you get. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or creates risk for us or other users. You can delete your account at any time. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated output will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your mandatory consumer rights.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from Your Content, from your use of the Service, or from your breach of these Terms — including claims that your content infringes someone's rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Nothing in this clause removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the new version here and change the "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it; if you do not, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
